Edelweiss - Complete Atmosphere & (No)

Dance beats, math time-signatures: spiritually, these guys are straight out of Oxford (they're actually from Pennsylvania). They've got some seriously good demos, and I'm eagerly awaiting an EP release. You will be too, once you give "Complete Atmosphere" and "(No)" a listen. If they can keep knocking out tunes as good as these, expect this band to go places.

Watch the video for "Complete Atmosphere" here.

South Pacific - Is Tropical

Is Tropical, in case you haven't heard of them yet, are a London three piece, playing, in their own words "bass heavy, beat driven, pop-influenced lo-fi dance". Their debut album is out next year, and I would definitely be looking out for it. For now, content yourselves with their new single, "South Pacific".

Aspic - Simian Mobile Disco

Absolute stomper of a tune. It's studio acid worms it's way around your brain for a full eight minutes, without getting boring. Oh, how I would love to hear this playing in a club...

Breton - 15X

Ok, I've just heard these guys, and I've fallen in love with their stuff immediately. Seriously. All I can say is listen to them. They sound like a more techo-y Foals. This track is taken from their "Sharing Notes EP".

Sub Swara - Steam

Sorry it's been so long, I've been snowed under with schoolwork and the like... But I'm back blogging, so don't worry! Here is an absolutely massive track from Sub Swara, "Steam". Percussively, it's one intense track. Download it here.
